Scorpio Personality:

Scorpio is the eighth house of the Zodiac and governs the genitalia. Gryffindor

Personal History:

Penny is the only daughter and youngest child of two wealthy blood purists. Needless to say? She was spoiled, not only by them but by her older brother Matty as well, whom she absolutely adores. She has an incredibly large extended family as well, with more cousins, aunts, uncles and in-laws than she could possibly count and she loves every last one of them.

At school, she tends to put much more emphasis on the social aspect than attempting to learn anything. She'd much rather be well-liked that well educated. The way she sees things, she'll learn more about life by making friends than she would by sitting in the library and rotting away. Besides. She wouldn't want to be a Healer like her brother or do anything too stressful. She's very bright, but sees no reason to apply herself.

She just recently had career counseling with Professor McGonagall who seems convinced that the girl would make a fantastic politician, but all Penny wants to do is sing.

Personality:

Spontaneity is the game, and Penny's second only to Bailey Tancer. She more or less has emotional ADD and will change her mind on how she feels about a person, subject or even something as trivial as a colour at the the drop of a hat. There are very few people she's consistantly loyal to, and that's her family and the small group of three or four friends that she knows she can trust unconditionally.

She's very energetic and will go outside simply to run around like a mad person. The girl simply can't sit still. She's not remotely ambitious, at least not in the way you'd think. She wants to be famous, to sing her way to the top, but has no interest in her classes whatsoever except History of Magic and Ancient Runes. She actually enjoys those classes and will deny vehemently that it has anything to do with how attractive the professors are.

Physical Description:

At 5'6" and 145 pounds, Penny is a force to be reckoned with. Or so she thinks. She's got a tan complexion with dark brown eyes and silky black hair. When not in uniform, she's tends to dress casually, hoodies t-shirts and jeans. She can dress up but prefers not to. She has far too much running around to do to worry about nicer clothes.

Hobbies and talents:
1.) Singing. It's what she loves to do and she's fantastic at it.
2.) Music. She doesn't only like to sing it, she listens to it constantly. Anything from Haydn to Rammstein to Spice Girls. Music is music, and she loves everything about it. Except Penny Lane. Sing it to her, and die.

Weaknesses:
1.) Spoiled. She knows how to get what she wants, and her parents have always humoured her slightest fancies. She isn't snobbish because of that too. She just expects things to go her way and, for the most part, they usually do.
2.) Wandwork. She can't do it to save her life. Which...is usually a problem.
3.) Short-tempered and very flighty with emotions. She changes her mind on how she feels about people at a moments notice. She could adore you until you say something rude to her. Then she'll hate you and swear she'll never speak to you again. But give it a day and you'll be her best friend again.
4.) Vanity. She's pretty. She knows it. And while she won't flaunt it in people's faces, she takes excessively good care of herself.
